This Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to purchases made in-store and online at Happiness Heals.
Our policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) while also clearly explaining our store conditions for change-of-mind, exchanges and faulty goods.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

We may ask you to return the item for assessment or repair. If the item is confirmed to have a major failure under the ACL, you will be offered a refund or replacement, and reasonable return shipping costs will be covered.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your exchange is approved.
If approved:
Sale or discounted items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind refunds. However, faulty sale items remain covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and will be repaired, replaced or refunded in line with those rights.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received and approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves, any refund (where applicable) will be processed to the original purchaser, who will then be notified of the return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items valued over AUD $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when returning products to us.
