We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., who provide the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services to you.

Section 1 – Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this website.

You must not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any Australian or local laws, including copyright and intellectual property laws.

You must not transmit viruses, malware or destructive code. Any breach of the Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.

Section 2 – General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You acknowledge that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and do not limit or affect the Terms.

Section 3 – Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness

We are not responsible if information on the site is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Material is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon without consulting primary or more complete sources.

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Section 4.1 – Bookings, Payments & Deposits

Bookings made with Happiness Heals, whether in-store or online, are subject to the following conditions:

Deposits & Payments

  • All bookings require a deposit or full payment to secure an appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable. Management may, at its discretion, transfer a deposit to a gift voucher for store products.

Cancellations

  • Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 days prior to the appointment (excluding courses).
  • Where this occurs, funds paid minus the deposit may be converted into a gift voucher for store products.

Missed Appointments

  • A missed appointment results in forfeiture of all funds paid.
  • Any future bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling may be permitted with management approval.
  • Rescheduled appointments must be used within 3 months of the original booking date.

Courses

  • All course payments are non-refundable for change of mind.
  • Courses have minimum attendance requirements; absences may affect other attendees.
  • Rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Extreme Circumstances

Extreme Circumstances may apply where short-term, unforeseen emergencies have significantly affected your ability to attend or contact us. Examples include medical emergencies, family emergencies or recognised natural disasters. Management will determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Section 5 – Products & Services

Some products or services may be available exclusively online. These may have limited quantities and may be subject to the Returns & Exchange Policy.

We make every effort to accurately display product colours and images; however, we cannot guarantee exact colour representation on individual screens.

We reserve the right to:

  • limit sales to any person, region or jurisdiction;
  • limit quantities of any product or service;
  • discontinue any product at any time;
  • change pricing or descriptions without notice.

We do not guarantee that any products or content will meet your expectations or that errors will be corrected.

Section 6 – Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit quantities purchased per customer, household, address or payment method.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete purchase and account information, including email, billing details and payment card details.

Section 7 – Optional Third-Party Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. You agree that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of optional third-party tools.

Section 8 – Third-Party Links

Third-party links on our site may direct you outside our website. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites and are not liable for any transactions with third-party providers.

Section 9 – User Comments & Submissions

By submitting creative ideas, suggestions, proposals or materials, you grant us unrestricted rights to edit, publish and use them without compensation.

You may not post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive or infringing content. You are solely responsible for your comments and their accuracy.

Section 22 – Australian Consumer Law Notice

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in our policies excludes or limits the rights you have under Australian law.
